Review by hotel critic
The staff, while still mastering English, exuded warmth and friendliness, making me feel right at home from check-in to check-out. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms, with crisp bed linens and a shower that offered a revitalizing stream of hot water. Complementing the overall comfort were the lovely outdoor dining areas, where I enjoyed quiet moments in the gentle breeze. Given the hotel's reasonable rates and commendable amenities, it stands out as an excellent choice for travelers seeking a blend of charm, comfort, and value in Malang.
